Frosty Returns

CBS will show Frosty twice! The animated "Frosty the Snowman" and "Frosty Returns" are back-to-back tonight.

Frosty the Snowman: Narrator Jimmy Durante, deadpan comedian Jackie Vernon as Frosty and musical-comedy veteran Billy De Wolfe as bad guy Professor Hinkle elevate this animated holiday special (8 p.m. CBS).

The 1992 sequel, "Frosty Returns," follows at 8:20 with the voices of John Goodman and Jonathan Winters.

Operation Chokehold

Operation Chokehold that was going to bring AT&T to their knees was a non event on Friday. Hailed by the Fake Steve Job as necessary to show the tel com giant that consumers were frustrated with their lack of service, failed to even take off. Which makes one wonder if the FCC’s stern warning gave the Fake Steve Job second thoughts. One does not want to screw with Homeland Security and be labeled a terrorist!

Depending on when you read this, Operation Chokehold may indeed have been the Mother of All Digital Civil Disobedience Events. Or it could have been a flash in the pan.

We’ve received multiple tips right around 10 pm that Twitter was hacked and defaced with the message below. The site was offline for a while.

We’re looking into this and awaiting on a response from Twitter.
